Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Refunds will only be issued upon completion of the class withdrawal form.

Class Tuition is non-refundable after October 19, 2025. 

Registration Fees & Performance Fees are non-refundable.

Costume Deposits & Festival Fees are non-refundable after November 1.

Class fees will be refunded on a prorated basis from the date notification is received. Absenteeism does not justify a refund. 

After October 19, 2025, class fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if a dancer is unable to continue due to injury or serious illness.
