Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Refunds are only be issued after completion of the class withdrawal form.

Class Tuition is non-refundable after October 18, 2026. 

Registration Fees & Performance Fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only after completion of the class withdrawal form when the form is submitted prior to October 18, 2026. Dancers that withdraw after October 18 are still responsible for remaining tuition instalments. 

Please complete the withdrawal form even if you are withdrawing after the deadline. This ensures the studio is aware that you are no longer continuing with classes and helps us avoid incurring additional costs, such as costume and festival fees.

Class fees will be refunded on a prorated basis from the date notification is received. Absenteeism does not justify a refund. After October 18, 2026, class fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if a dancer is unable to continue due to injury or serious illness.
